House-o-Orange

House-o-Orange focuses on the placement of English and Afrikaans speaking AU PAIRS and Nannies with families in Holland and Belgium, as well as offering a program for young Dutch people wanting to work abroad. We currently have partner agencies in South Africa, Botswana, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Thailand, the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Austria, Lithuania, Hungary, Estonia, Slowakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Moldovia, the Ukraine, Russia, Albania, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. We are currently developing new programs with Mongolia, China, India and various other countries. Candidates should contact us through their local au pair agent; we are generally not able to place candidates directly, but if you are American, have a European passport, or already in Europe, please contact us.
All other candidates should look for agents in your country at www.iapa.org or should contact us directly and will then be forwarded to an agent near you. If you are already in Holland or if you are a native English speaking nanny, we would also love to hear from you! We are members of IAPA and NAPO and work according to their codes of conduct. We are only able to work with families in Holland and Belgium. Families that are looking for a new au pair should contact us as soon as possible. We occasionally have candidates available that can start ASAP from Europe, Australia, South Africa (with visa), Peru (with visa) and (former) Eastern European countries. The majority of our candidates will need a visa and the process of applying for a visa could take about 3-4 months. Many of our candidates can be viewed on our website which is updated regularly. We also offer an AU PAIR + and a NANNY PROGRAM. Candidates are generally South African, Australian, Eastern European or South American and will be English or German speaking, with previous experience as an au pair or nanny and/or formal training. Many of these candidates have a driver´s license. The au pair PLUS candidates are 20+ yrs and are able to take care of 2-3 children at a time (some of them will have experience with babies).
